Like 23 but flowering stems with well-developed axillary leaf-clusters except at the base; leaves (5-)7-1 Ox 1-2 mm, linear to narrowly lanceolate, densely glandularpunctate, subglabrous; margins revolute to almost flat; calyx 4-5 mm, upper teeth 1-1-5 mm, narrowly lanceolate; corolla up to 8 mm, whitish. • N.E. Spain. Hs.
