Current status. Praina sublimis [following synonymization of Tripseuxoa Hampson with Praina Schaus by Lafontaine 2004]
Type status (description). Holotype and paratype in Zoologischen Staatssammlung in München .
Type locality and collectors. Perú — Puno: Chucuito , 4000m., 28.viii.1953 (W. Forster) .
Type specimens. ZSM: Holotype ♂. Peru, Puno, Chucuito , ca 4000m, 28.viii.1953, leg. W. Forster. Genitalia slide #968.
Figures. Köhler, 1968: pl. 1, fig. 11 paratype (♂); pl. 4, fig. 6 holotype male genitalia.
Remarks. Although Köhler did not specify the sex of the holotype, he described only the male.
