Current status. Junior synonym of Agrotis robusta (Blanchard) [ San Blas 2014]

Type status (description). Holotype, allotype, and 120 paratypes in Köhler’s collection, additional paratypes in Instituto Lillo.

Salta: Rosario de la Frontera, 27.ii.1956 (Pierrotti). Santiago del Estero: 24.iv.1960 (Köhler). Bolivia —La Paz, 3600–4000m., 25.v.1954 (Forster); Alto Palmar, Río Chapare , 2000m. Remarks. Allotype specimen with locality not mentioned in the material seen by Köhler in the description of the species, this specimen has to be taken with caution (San Blas & Barrionuevo, 2013).
