Type locality and collectors. Perú: Acolla (cerca de Jauja), 3460 m., viii.1959, vii. 1953 (Blancas). Slide #1194 .
Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♂. Acolla (cerca de Jauja), 3460m., vii.58, F. Blancas. TLEP293 . Allotype ♂ (same sex as holotype, thus considered paratype and not cited in this work).
