Current status. Pseudoleucania brosii [ Poole 1989]
Type status (description). Holotype in Mabille’s collection ( MNHN, Paris), allotype and paratypes in Köhler’s collection, and additional paratypes in Fleiss’, Petrowsky’s, Schajovskoy’s, and Orfila’s collections.
Type locality and collectors. Beagle canal (Dr. Hyades?). [ Argentina]— Tierra del Fuego: Río Grande , 4.xii.1952 (Gahan). [Neuquén]: Nahuel Huapi (Havrilenko); San Martín de los Andes (Schajovskoy). Chile —Punta arenas, sobre el Beagle canal, xii.1952 (R. Rodríguez González). Slide #912 .
