Type status (description). No mention of type.
Type locality and collectors. Bolivia — Alto Palmar: Río Chapare, 2000m (Andrae). Variety alba from Argentina — Misiones: Iguazú (Köhler). Slide #1309 .

Remarks. Only male described. As Köhler (1979b) did not specify designation of any type, any material that can be assigned to the type series must be considered a syntype (according to articles 72.4.7, 73.1 Recommendation 73F. Avoidance of assumption of holotype, 73.2 and 74.5 ICZN).
