Material examined. – PANAMA, Chiriquí: Rio Sereno area , 1 ♂, 1 ♀, 14. V .1981, J.E. Wappes leg. ( FSCA) .

Remarks. – This species was described based on syntypes from Nicaragua. Currently it is known from Mexico (Jalisco), Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama ( Monné 2023; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2022; Bezark 2022).
