Mogulones aubei (Boheman, 1845)
is a good species, differing from the Caucasian M. talbum (Gyllenhal, 1837) by the wider and shorter elytra, the ground colour of dorsum always dark brown instead of brownishgrey, the acutely sharpened apex of aedeagus (Colonnelli, hoc opus).
