Diagnosis
This species can be recognized based on the relatively large, densely ribbed shell, and the strongly oblique aperture.

MYANMAR • 6 syntypes ( Fig. 76); Shan Hills, E of Ava, Burma ; Blanford coll.; NHMUK 1906.4 About NHMUK .4.61 .
Type locality
“The hills east of Mandalay and Ava”.
