Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the type locality; adjective.
Diagnosis. Drapetisca yuelushanensis sp. n. resembles D. socialis in having the similar slightly curved, protruding scape in lateral view ( Figs 65A–D View FIGURE 65 ; Tu & Li 2006, figs 22–25), and can be distinguished by the posterior median plate rectangular in D. yuelushanensis sp. n. ( Figs 65A–D View FIGURE 65 ; vs. somewhat trapezoid).

Male. Unknown.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality (Hunan Province, Fig. 315 View FIGURE 315 ).
Comment. Due to the absence of male specimens, it is uncertain whether Drapetisca boletus sp. n. and D. yuelushanensis sp. n. should be classified as separate genera; therefore, they are provisionally assigned to the genus Drapetisca . The female of D. nanpingensis sp. n. bears resemblance to the type species, but its palp is distinctly different; hence, this new species is also provisionally placed within the genus Drapetisca .
