Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the type locality; adjective.
Diagnosis. Oilinyphia xinqiaoensis sp. n. resembles O. hengji in having the spermathecae spaced by one diameter in epigyne (Figs 1821A–C; Zhao & Li 2014, figs 71A–C), but can be distinguished by the spermathecae oval in O. xinqiaoensis sp. n. ( Figs 182A–C View FIGURE 182 ; vs. globular).
Description. Female ( holotype, Figs 183A, B View FIGURE 183 ): Total length: 1.62. Carapace 0.59 long, 0.49 wide, dark brown, round posteriorly, with long thick setae. Clypeus 0.16 high. Chelicerae with one promarginal and three retromarginal teeth. Sternum shield-like, black with microsetae. Eyes: AER recurved, PER slightly recurved. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.06, ALE 0.06, PME 0.04, PLE 0.06, AME–AME 0.02, PME–PME 0.05, AME–ALE, 0.03, PME–PLE 0.05, AME–PME 0.06, ALE–ALE 0.27, PLE–PLE 0.28, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 2 (0.56, 0.62, 0.43, 0.39), II 1.98 (0.52, 0.61, 0.49, 0.37), III 1.59 (0.42, 0.49, 0.39, 0.29), IV 2.09 (0.59, 0.63, 0.50, 0.37). TmI 0.31 and TmIV 0.19. Tibial spine formula: 2- 2-2-2. Opisthosoma 1.24 long, 1.07 wide, oval, blackish brown, adorned with ridges and papillae.
Epigyne ( Figs 182A–C View FIGURE 182 ): Ventral plate (VP) wide, extended mesally with a truncated end, median extension of the ventral plate almost rectangular posteriorly; copulatory ducts (CD) short, simple; spermathecae (S) spaced by one diameter; fertilization ducts (FD) short, turning upwards.
Male. Unknown.
