Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin adjective “furcatus ” meaning “forked” and referring to the bifurcate tip of embolus in male palp.

Diagnosis. See genus diagnosis.

Description. Male (holotype, Figs 295A–C View FIGURE 295 ): Total length: 2.11. Carapace 0.86 long, 0.72 wide, cephalic region slightly elevated, yellow, fovea, cervical and radial grooves distinct. Clypeus 0.26 high. Chelicerae with five promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Sternum longer than wide, yellow with microsetae. Eyes: AER recurved, PER straight, slightly wider than AER. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.04, ALE 0.06, PME 0.07, PLE 0.05 AME–AME 0.02, PME–PME 0.10, AME–ALE, 0.02, PME–PLE 0.01, AME–PME 0.04, ALE–ALE 0.22, PLE–PLE 0.25, ALE–PLE contiguous. Length of legs: I 3.14 (0.84, 1.02, 0.76, 0.52), II 3 (0.81, 0.98, 0.76, 0.45), III 2.22 (0.64, 0.66, 0.53, 0.39), IV 2.98 (0.78, 0.91, 0.75, 0.48). Tibial spine formula: 2-2-1-1. TmI 0.57 and TmIV 0.53. Opisthosoma 1.25 long, 0.76 wide, oval, pale, mid dorsally with pale broad band followed by three transverse cheveron posteriorly, ventral side pale.

Palp ( Figs 291A–D View FIGURE 291 , 292A, B View FIGURE 292 , 293A, B View FIGURE 293 ): Femur unmodified, almost longer than both patella and tibia. Patella shorter than tibia, ventrally grooved. Tibia one and half the length of cymbium, with one reterolateral and one dorsal trichobothria, reterolateral tibial apophysis (RTA) somewhat triangular with blunt tip, dorsal tibial apophysis (DTA), small, horn shaped with blunt tip; cymbium unmodified; paracymbium (PC) sclerotized, distal tip C-shaped; tegulum (T) sclerotized, with long transparent protegulum (PT) covering the embolus. Convector (CV) elliptical, transparent extending forward to form projection; embolus (E) filiform, running along the retrolateral margin of the convector, distal end curved, bifurcated, protruding above the apex of cymbium.

Female (one of paratype, Figs 295D, E View FIGURE 295 ): Total length: 2.42. Carapace 1.05 long, 0.74 wide, cephalic region slightly elevated, yellow, fovea, cervical and radial grooves distinct. Clypeus 0.26 high. Chelicerae with three promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Sternum longer than wide, yellowish green with microsetae. Eyes: AER recurved, PER straight, slightly wider than AER. Eye sizes and interdistances:AME 0.04, ALE 0.07, PME 0.05, PLE 0.05AME–AME 0.04, PME–PME 0.05, AME–ALE, 0.03, PME–PLE 0.05, AME–PME 0.06, ALE–ALE 0.30, PLE–PLE 0.34, ALE–PLE 0.01. Length of legs: I 3.25 (0.89, 1.09, 0.74, 0.53), II 2.97 (0.77, 0.97, 0.71, 0.52), III 2.48 (0.73, 0.71, 0.63, 0.41), IV 3.3 (0.98, 1.02, 0.79, 0.51). Tibial spine formula: 2-2-1-1. TmI 0.63 and TmIV 0.65. Opisthosoma 1.37 long, 0.85 wide, oval, pale, mid dorsally with pale broad band followed by three transverse cheveron posteriorly, ventral side pale.

Epigyne ( Figs 294A–C View FIGURE 294 ): Simple integument (Int.) covering the epigyne anteriorly; median plate (MP) broad, rectangular; copulatory opening (CO) present at the junction of integument and median plate; copulatory ducts (CD), thick, with inverted coiled loop before joining the spermathecae, present mesally; spermathecae (S) oval, present laterally on median plate, spaced by two-third of diameters; fertilization ducts (FD) long extending mesally.
