Type species. Hummelia incisa Schenkel, 1936 ; gender feminine.
Remark. Ummeliata Strand, 1942 comprises ten species (including one species known from males and one from females) distributed in China, India, Indonesia ( Sumatra), Japan, Korea, Laos, Russia (Europe to Far East), Sri Lanka, Turkey and Vietnam (WSC 2024).
