General distribution. Recorded from Balkan Peninsula, Hungary, Ukraine, South European Territory of Russia, Georgia, Anatolia, Azerbaijan, Syria, Iraq, to Central Asia (see Jansson 1995, Protić 1998, Prokin et al. 2009, Fent et al. 2011).
Remarks. Already known from Syria ( Jaczewski 1964; Jansson 1995; see also Brown 1953). This is the first record for Lebanon.
