Note. Three presently recognized subspecies of Canthon ( Goniocanthon) fulgidus View in CoL have been described, one of which occurs in the research area. The other two are C. ( G.) fulgidus fulgidus Redtenbacher, 1868 View in CoL (recorded from Brazil) and C. ( G.) fulgidus martinezi Nunes et al., 2018 View in CoL (recorded from Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru).
