Distribution:— Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.

Notes:— Nyan Tun (2014: 42) recorded B. angusteellipticum from Myanmar. This taxon is a synonym of B. nigrescens , but the plant figured may be either B. nigripetalum Rolfe or B. scaphiforme J.J.Verm.
