Distribution. Sri Lanka , India, Iran, Pakistan.
Biological notes. Wheat, rice, maize, sorghum, pearl millet, finger millet, cotton, sugarcane, jute, moth bean, sweet potato, mango, fig, ber, banana, litchi, bael, lemon, guava, loquat, mulberry, okra, pumpkin, moringa, licerne, teak, daincha, sesbania, Eriobotrys japonica , Acacia , Dalbergia sisoo ; attracted to light ( Ramamurthy & Ghai 1988).
