Distribution. Most of Europe ( Merz & Korneyev, 2004). Ukraine: Kyiv (Korneyev, 2016); Chernivtsi Region ( first record).

Notes. Larvae in flower heads of Leontodon vulgaris ( Asteraceae ) (Merz, 1994).
