Antirrhineae acquired the most advanced position in Antirrhinoideae , this is in accord with Pennell (1935) and Thieret (1976), and disagrees with Schäferhoff et al. (2010). Tribe Gratioleae acquired an advanced position in the present study, this agrees with Bentham & Hooker (1876) and Wettstein (1891), and disagrees with Pennell (1935) and Thieret (1976).
