REMARK

The name niger was an unavailable infrasubspecific name (“ab.”) described by Seitz (1925: 417). It was later treated as a valid species name by Toulgoët, [1992]a, and become available at that time, attributable to Toulgoët in accordance with the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. Later, Toulgoët (1996b) rank niger as an aberration of ochracea , an invalid action. Vincent & Laguerre (2013b: 441) synonymized it with the nominal species.
