Material examined. New South Wales. 0/1/0, Tianjara Creek , upstream falls, Morton NP, 35°06.594 S 150°10.883 E, 481 m asl, 29-i-2024 leg. Smit, dissected and slide mounted GoogleMaps .

Distribution. New South Wales. Known from the type locality only. The female was unknown and is described here for the first time.

Description. Female. Idiosoma ventrally 600 long, dorsally 506 long and 428 wide. Dorsum with a large plate, 428 long and 361 wide, incorporating the postocularia and two pairs of glandularia ( Figure 18A View FIGURE 18 ). Venter with a large shield ( Figure 18B View FIGURE 18 ), 515 long and 419 wide, incorporating coxae and Vgl-3. Anterior coxae projecting, first coxae fused medially; gnathosomal bay moderately deep with posterior margin medially slightly projecting, 62 long; a triangular projection forming the roof of the camerostome; Cx-III width 266; Cxgl-4 situated well laterally, close to IV-leg insertions. Genital field with three pairs of acetabula, 138 wide between outer margins of acetabular plates, pregenital sclerite incorporated into the ventral shield, genital plates free in the integument, 60–64 long; maximum diameter Ac 1–3: 15–16, 17, 15–16; gonopore relatively long, 109 long.

Palp as illustrated in Figure 18C View FIGURE 18 : dorsal length/height (ratio given in parentheses): P1, 18/26 (0.7); P2, 58/44 (1.3); P3, 43/34 (1.25); P4, 72/27 (2.7); P5, 34/13 (2.6); palp stocky, P3 with a ventral extension. Gnathosoma 249 long, much longer than high, attached to a long tube of soft integument to produce a protrusible integument ( Figure 18C View FIGURE 18 ). Chelicera 256 long, cheliceral claw somewhat enlarged.

Dorsal lengths of I-leg: 44, 53, 78, 111, 120, 112; dorsal lengths of IV-leg: 97, 66, 116, 138, 148, 134; IV-leg-5 with very two short swimming setae.
