Note. The single female specimen of S. (Eutanycerus) cornis from Vietnam has antenna with 24 antennomeres; scapus hardly expanded subapically, with a weak horn at basal 0.3 of scapus; length of scapus 7.6 × its maximum width; occipital carina incomplete dorso-medially ( Fig. 19A View FIGURE 19 ); notauli narrower anteriorly, wider posteriorly and largely crenulate, divided by short carina ( Fig. 19 C View FIGURE 19 ); propodeum with more or less developed areola ( Fig. 19B View FIGURE 19 ); vein r issued from middle of pterostigma, and 0.5 × as long as width of pterostigma; first tergite 1.8 × longer than its apical width ( Fig. 19D View FIGURE 19 ).
