Material 5 small specimens the largest being 2.3 mm in length from the Zanclean of Dar bel Hamri (figured specimen SMF PO 101.187).

Discussion Tese are typical otoliths of the genus Conger but too small in size for a specific identification and probably stem from juvenile fishes.
