Report as epibiont on oligochaetes: This was reported on Nais sp. from the USA (Stokes 1885; Schödel 2018).
Remarks: Schödel (2018) commented that the possibility of this species be the same as Rhabdostyla inclinans should not be ruled out, and a redescription is necessary.
