Antennomeres length: 1st: 0.6–0.8; 2nd: 1.1–1.8; 3rd: 1.8–2.1; 4th: 3.2–3.5; 5th: 3.6–3.9; head length: 2.2–2.3; head width: 2.6–2.8; pronotal length: 3.4–4.0; pronotal width: 10.3–11.5; scutellum length: 7.1–8.1; scutellum width: 5.2– 5.6; abdominal width: 8.8–9.0; total length: 14.4–17.2.

Etymology. Name given by the locality where the types were collected, the Rondônia state.

Diagnosis. Antennae dark brown ( Figs. 1 H, 2 H). Humeral angles very projected, apices and posterolateral margins covered by a small dark spot which extends to the ventral surface covering the entire angle ( Figs. 1 H, 2 H). Corium with veins thick, connected with a big spot and forming a “Y” ( Fig. 1 H). Excavations on each segment of the connexivum blackish green, median area of the segments yellow; distal margin of segments III-VI with yellow calloused area ( Fig. 1 H). Last connexival segment almost completely black, except for a small yellow spot ( Fig. 1 H). Propleura with black lines around the base of procoxae ( Fig. 2 H). Area of evaporatorium mostly dark brown ( Fig. 2 H). Legs dark brown distal third of meso and hind femora black ( Fig. 2 H). Ventrally body greenish yellow with narrow transversal dark lines. Medial line of abdomen with dark spots on segments IV-VII ( Fig. 2 H). Male: parameres spearhead-shaped, big, wide, swollen, compressed on the middle, and posteriorly curved ( Fig. 11 D, E); ventral surface of pygophore with a longitudinal dark brown spot ( Fig. 11 B). Female genital plates: valvifers VIII with lateral margin straight; distal margins straight, sloping and very projected over the laterotergites IX ( Fig. 11 F); mesial borders “U” shaped; medial excavation as wide as valvifers IX ( Fig. 11 F).

Description. Head. Apex of mandibular plates darker than the rest ( Fig. 2 H). Antennal segments formula: IV>V>III>II>I; segment V almost equal in length to the IV.

Thorax. Pronotum with deep and brown punctation ( Fig. 1 H). Scutellum with shallow and concolorous punctation ( Fig. 1 H). Corium lateral margins yellow ( Fig. 1 H). Membrane of hemelytra dark brown ( Fig. 1 H). Ventral surface with deep and black punctation ( Fig. 2 H). Metasternal process elevated anteriorly; anterior arms wide, apex rounded, receiving only the last segment of the rostrum ( Fig. 11 C).

Abdomen. Ventral surface with region between segments and pseudosutures darker than adjacent areas ( Fig. 2 H).

Male ( Fig. 11 A, B, D, E). Pygophore. Superior process of the genital cup black, flattened, triangular, apex dorsolaterally directed; visible in dorsal view ( Fig. 11 A, D, E). Proctiger slightly excavated on laterals, excavation with short setae; dorsal face delimited distally by a small carina; posterior face triangular and setose ( Fig. 11 D, E). Ventral rim deeply excavated, bottom of the excavation flat, very setose and with a small medial black spot ( Fig. 11 B, D, E).

Female ( Fig. 11 F). Valvifers VIII strongly punctate and setose; margin of valvulae VIII visible ( Fig. 11 F). Valvifers IX very setose, base concave ( Fig. 11 F). Laterotergites IX slightly swollen, setose; below the level of seventh segment ( Fig. 11 F).

Comments. See the comments of O. dracula sp. n. and O. maculatus sp. n.

Distribution ( Fig. 16). BRAZIL: Rondônia.
