Distribution. Japan (Honshu).

Bionomics. Host: Fagineura crenativora Vikberg & Zinovjev, 2000 ( Hymenoptera , Tenthredinidae ) ( Taniwaki & Watanabe, 2012, 2014). Adult emerged from host cocoon ( Taniwaki & Watanabe, 2012, 2014).
