Distribution. Brazil ( Roraima, Pará, Maranhão, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Bahia and Minas Gerais). New Record: Tocantins

Material examined. BRAZIL, Tocantins, Pedro Afonso, rio Sono , 9°3’49”S / 48°6’15”W, 11-12.x.2018, white sheet light trap, Krolow, T GoogleMaps . K. and team cols. ( 19♂, CEUFT) .

Remarks. Fore and hind wings slightly smaller than the specimens from Nascimento et al. (2017) ( 3.8 – 5.1 mm; 0.5 – 0.7 mm versus. 4.9 – 5.2 mm; 0.7 – 0.9 mm, respectively). The distribution of this species was already expected in the state of Tocantins, since it is also present in Bahia, Mato Grosso, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Pará, Pernambuco, Rondônia and Roraima ( Salles & Boldrini 2021). It was found in only one site, an area with Cerrado influence.
