Newly recorded on Prince Edward Island ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 ). Breeds in many species of deciduous trees; possibly also in conifers. Reared from decayed Fagus grandifolia . ( Muona 2000). This is the commonest eucnemid in eastern North America ( Muona 2000) .
