Type locality: Oka River near Kletino village, Ryazan Oblast, Russia (54°59′55″ N, 41°10′56″E) GoogleMaps .
Type and voucher materials: Holotype IPEE RAS 1319 View Materials (whole-mounted adult specimen), 11 paratypes, IPEE RAS 1319 –1324 View Materials (whole-mounted adult specimens) and five voucher specimens, IPEE RAS 14279 View Materials (four juvenile trematodes and 14 280 one adult specimen).
Site of infection: Intestines of adult specimens and stomach of juvenile specimens.
