Remarks. The species is known to occur across Europe, including S England, the Middle East, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and south of W Siberia. Recorded host plants include Phragmites australis (Cav.) Trin. ex Steud. and Typha latifolia L. ( Alipanah et al. 2021). For distribution in Georgia, see Fig. 43 View FIGURES 43–46 .
