Type locality: Nágas, 6000 feet [ India]
Material examined. India: 1♂, West Bengal, Buxa Tiger Reserve ( BTR) , 24 Miles Sikari RCE, Raja Bhatkhawa , 03.xi.2017, S. Chand & Party leg. ( NZCZSI) , 1♂, West Bengal, BTR, Raimtang , 30 miles W/T, 27.x.2018, S. Chand & Party leg. ( NZCZSI)
Diagnosis. Wingspan 26 mm, forewing length 13 mm. Externally, C. fasciatum is closely similar to C. gambita , but male genitalia are distinct in having the saccular process shallowly bifurcated into two equal processes, which is entire in C. gambita .
Distribution. India ( Nagaland), Nepal, Bhutan (Irungbum et al. 2017). West Bengal (Buxa Tiger Reserve) (present study).
