Remarks. This species was previously reported from Laos (Huaphanh province) by Bucsek (2020). Here, we report it from the XiengKhouang and Bolikhamsai provinces for the first time. The adult male of this species was provided by Černý and Pinratana (2009) from Thailand, by Bae et al. (2016) from Cambodia, and by Bucsek (2020) from Laos. The adult female and genitalia of this species is illustrated for the first time in this work.
Female description. Adult. The females are generally similar to the males (Figs. 1a, 1b). Length of the forewing 9–10 mm in females (8–9 mm in males). Head entirely pale yellow, with a rounded dark dot in vertex. Antennae filiform. Thorax pale yellow with a dark dot in tegulae. Pale pink ground color of forewing with several short, stout, horizontal, dark streaks in basal area; a short dark disco-cellular line and a slender diagonal dark medial line in median area; and diverse sized dark subterminal streaks and dark terminal dots in distal area of wings. Hindwing pale yellow-pinkish.Abdomen pale yellow, with a yellow anal tuft. Female genitalia (Fig. 41). Papilla analis broadly rectangular, weakly setosed; apophyses thin and apophyses posteriores slightly longer than apophyses anteriores; ostium sclerotized band-shaped; ductus bursae stout and strongly sclerotized; corpus bursae globose, membranous, covered with numerous short spinules, and strongly sclerotized band covered with long, robust spines in anterior half of bursae.
