Distribution: ARGENTINA: Córdoba and San Luis provinces.

New record: ARGENTINA, North of Santiago del Estero province, Parque Nacional “Copo”.

Natural history

Adult males of A. argenteus , A. coylei and the new species here described were found walking during the night, in seccional La Portada after a big storm. It is known, females of the genus prefer to build their burrows in sloping surfaces ( Ríos-Tamayo & Goloboff, 2018). In this trip many females of the species mentioned, were observed living sympatrically in the flat areas around and inside of the Seccional La Portada as well as in other areas of the National Park.
