Adult ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 14–21 ) wingspan 21.0–22.0 mm.
Diagnosis. This species is characterized by the gnathos with a trifurcate, distal process, weakly sclerotized median plate sclerotized rounded only on the outer margin, two dorsal processes of the sacculus equal in length ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 28–33 ). It is similar to L. monticola Yamanaka, 2000 in the male genitalia, and differences between the two species are stated in the latter species.
Distribution. China ( Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan).
