The new record below documents a new locality and a first record for the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The species is presently known rom the mountains of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico south through Guatemala and Honduras to Costa Rica; however, only 58 identified specimens are currently deposited in museum collections.
