Ischnochiton spp. from the Mediterranean area
Eight species of Ischnochiton are reported from this area, one of which [ I. rissoi Payraudeau, 1826 )] is also present in the Paratethys and NE Atlantic areas, plus I. korytnicensis Bałuk, 1971 , reported and discussed in the species belonging to the Paratethys area.
