Ischnochiton spp. with mixed tegmentum sculpture
Seven species are included in this group, three with a tegmentum evenly granulose ( I. krohi sp. nov., I. ligusticus Dell’Angelo, Sosso, Prudenza & Bonfitto, 2013, I. ulivii Dell’Angelo & Forli, 1996) two with a sculpture mainly granulose, but with areas smooth or longitudinally striated ( I. anserinus Laghi, 1977 , I. martinelli Dell’Angelo, Landau & Marquet, 2004), and two completely smooth (“ I”. luquei Dell’Angelo, Sosso & Taviani, 2024, I. nitidum Dell’Angelo, Landau, Van Dingenen & Ceulemans, 2018), and the main morphological characters are reported in Tab. 10.
