Notes. Nagai & Porion (1996) mentioned Saiva phesamensis Ollenbach, 1928 in their catalogue without illustration of the specimen.After examination of the type of Fulgora ( Pyrops) virescens and photographs of the type specimens of Hotinus semiannulus and S. phesamensis , there is no difference among these. Hence, the synonymy of H. semiannulus is confirmed and S. phesamensis is here proposed as new junior synonyms of S. virescens .
