Notes

Hancock (1925) mentions he collected a specimen between the sheathing leaf-bases of Carex pendula in March. It is also mentioned as an adult hibernator in Ulrich (2001), but more context is missing here. The species is not reported to hibernate in the revisions of Horstmann (1970) and Horstmann (1980).
