Diagnosis. This species differs from other congeners in the genus by its small size (length of forewing 6–7 mm) and the vivid yellow ground color of the wings. In the male genitalia, the uncus is wider than in others, and the sella consists of two large, strongly sclerotized, hook-shaped lobes.

Distribution. Laos (new record), Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Bhutan, China.

Remarks. This species is newly recorded from Laos in this study. Only males examined in this study.
