C— Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala, Antigua and Barbuda, Honduras, Guadeloupe, Colombia, Venezuela, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Curaçao, Trinidad and Tobago, Costa Rica, Guyana, French Guiana, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, and Uruguay.
