Diffuse, grey-green perennial up to 10 cm, with long, procumbent non-flowering stems. Basal leaves obovate or elliptical; upper elliptical, cuneate, or lanceolate; hairs 0-7-1 mm in diameter, sparse. Fruiting racemes long; pedicels 4—5 mm. Sepals 3-4 mm; petals 5-7 mm, emarginate. Silicula 4-6 mm, orbicular to ovateorbicular; valves inflated, with flattened margin; style 2-5- 3- 5 mm. Seeds 1-5-2 mm; wing c. 0-3 mm wide, or absent. • Mountains o f Italy, S. W. Alps, Pyrenees and N. Spain, Greece. G a G r Hs It.
