Compact dwarf perennial up to 5 cm. Basal leaves reniform or truncate at base. Petals 2-3 mm, squarish, abruptly contracted into a short claw, often purplish. Silicula 3 x 2 mm, ovoid to broadly ellipsoid. 2n = 14. Maritime sands. • N. Scotland,?N. & W. Ireland. Br?Hb.
