Perennial 50-120 cm, with far-creeping rhizomes and stolons. Stem not shiny, often with adventitious roots at the base. Leaves 2- to 3-pinnate, with stipels when young; leaflets obovate-cuneate to oblong, 3- to 4-lobed at apex. Inflorescence narrowly oblong-ovoid. Flowers yellow, in dense clusters.
