Sect. Ficaria (Schaeffer) Boiss. Some roots tuberous, some fibrous. Leaves broadly ovate, cordate. Flowers yellow. Sepals 3. Honey-leaves 8-12. Achenes ovoid, scarcely compressed, keeled; beak minute.
