An annual or perennial with either laminate or capillary leaves, or both. Laminate leaves with 3 deep, cuneate, distant, entire or crenate segments. Capillary leaves robust, not collapsing when removed from water. Honeyleaves usually more than 6 mm, contiguous. Receptacle ovoid, pubescent. Achenes glabrous, distinctly winged. 2/7= 32.
