Like 12 but bracts and bracteoles ovate-lanceolate, usually membranous-margined; flowers (inch spur) 19-23 mm; perianthsegments pale blue, whitish or yellowish-white; honey-leaves blue. Bulgaria, N. Greece (Athos). Bu Gr. (Anatolia.)
