Laxly caespitose; flowering stems with rosettes of leaves 1-3 cm, obovate, acute or acuminate, thick, coriaceous, glaucous; petiole 1-3cm, not ciliate. Cauline leaves 1-3 cm, the lower elliptical or ovate, the upper suborbicular. Bracts 1-2-5 mm, scarious, with green midrib. Calyx 6-8 mm, glabrous, eglandular, whitish; teeth broadly ovate, obtuse. Petals 12-16 mm, white, emarginate. Seeds 1-5- 1-7 mm, dull. • W.C. Pyrenees (Jaca region). Hs.
