Like 10 but glaucous, pubescent, with very short patent hairs; bracts broadly ovate at base, membranous-margined, narrowed to a semicylindrical, sulcate apex; perianth pubescent, the segments long, acute, with incurved or patent apex; stigmas at least 3 times as long as style. S. E. Russia (N. W. shore of Caspian Sea). Rs (E). (C. & S. W. Asia.)
