Caespitose perennial; flowering stems 2-6 cm, glandularpubescent. Leaves 5-12 mm, linear-oblong, obtuse, distinctly cibate. Flowers solitary; pedicels 5-13 mm. Sepals 5-7 mm, linear-oblong, glandular-pubescent; petals usually l |- 2 times as long as sepals. Capsule 2 -2 | times as long as sepals. Seeds 2-2-5 mm, fringed on back with very long fine tubercles. N. Ural (mouth o f Kara river). Rs (N). (Siberia.)
